Refund & Cancellation Policy

Gold Membership
Pashtun Nikah Gold is a recurring monthly subscription.
Unless cancelled, your Gold membership will automatically renew each month and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method.
You can cancel Gold at any time through your account settings.
After cancellation, your Gold membership will normally remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further renewal payment will be taken once the cancellation has taken effect.
14-Day Cancellation Period
UK consumers who purchase Gold online generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from when they enter into their Gold subscription.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling during this period.
Gold membership is made available immediately after purchase.
If you request that Gold begins immediately and subsequently cancel during the 14-day cancellation period, Pashtun Nikah may, where permitted by law, deduct an amount proportionate to the Gold service already supplied before cancellation.
Where no lawful deduction applies, any refund due will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Cancelling After 14 Days
After the initial 14-day cancellation period has ended, you may still cancel Gold at any time to prevent future subscription renewals.
Cancellation after this period does not normally entitle you to a refund for the unused remainder of your current billing period, unless you have a separate right to a refund under applicable law.
Incorrect or Unrecognised Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged after cancelling, charged more than once, or do not recognise a payment, please contact Pashtun Nikah so that we can investigate.
Customers Outside the UK
Consumer rights vary between countries.
If you are outside the United Kingdom, any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply in your country or region will continue to apply.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
