By using Pashtun Nikah you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to marry, provide truthful information and maintain only one account.
Account Verification
Users may be required to verify their email and mobile number. Profiles are subject to moderation before becoming publicly visible. Verification does not guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of any user.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to impersonate another person, use fake photos, misrepresent yourself, harass users, share offensive material, solicit money, advertise businesses, attempt to bypass moderation, circumvent subscription features or use automated bots or scraping tools.
Paid Memberships
Premium subscriptions provide additional features. Features may change over time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel recurring payments.
Disclaimer
Pashtun Nikah provides a platform for introductions. We do not guarantee marriage, matches, compatibility, user behaviour or accuracy of user-provided information. Users interact at their own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pashtun Nikah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos and software remain the property of Pashtun Nikah. Users may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
